To our Royal Palms Family & Friends,

The wait is finally over and we are open and welcoming guests!  For all overseas visitors please be aware of the current arrival requirements for entry into Bermuda which can be found here. Beginning on October 27th guests traveling from New York can now receive expediated COVID-19 screening in downtown Manhatten. Please click here for rates and appointment scheduling.

We are proud that Bermuda has a low infection rate and is currently one of only three places in the world ranked at level 2 by the CDC.  We are abiding by the highest levels of health and safety in accordance with the guidlines issued by the Bermuda Ministry of Health.

Our beautiful well laid out gardens allow us to provide accommodations spread throughout the property with rooms available in the Main House, Mews, and Warkworth allowing for comfortable physical distancing.

For Everyone's Safety

  • Anti-bacterial hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the hotel and grounds.  Face masks are available for guests which are required to be worn in all public areas of the property and throughout the island
  • Social distancing and frequent hand washing are imperative for all guests and staff
  • Staff have received training in effective hygiene habits and Covid 19 related protocols and in recognizing symptoms
  • All staff members are required to wear face masks and will have their temperature taken upon arrival to work daily and any member registering a temperature over 100F will be required to go home

On Arrival

  • All guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival and will be required to follow the Bermuda Government's mandated guidelines throughout their stay.
  • Guests will be required to wait in their room until they have received the results of their Covid-19 arrival test from the Bermuda Department of Health and must then forward it to frontdesk@royalpalms.bm before being allowed to freely move around

Guest Room & Property Cleaning Protocols

  • Whilst Royal Palms has a reputation for providing the highest level of cleanliness, we have implemented additional measures
  • All guest linens will be washed at temperatures in excess of 140 degrees fahrenheit
  • All peripheral non-essential items in the room such as the guest directory, magazines, and postcards etc. will be removed.
  • Each guest room has been equipped with a UV Steribox in which you can sanitize your cell phone and items of a similar size
  • Additional deep cleaning will be conducted in all public areas including frequent wiping and disinfecting of high touchpoints such as door knobs, railings, light switches etc.

Dining

Ascots Restaurant & Just 24

Lunch - available Wednesday to Friday from 12 - 2pm

Dinner - available every evening from 5:30pm - 8:30pm

All tables are spaced 6ft apart to ensure physical distancing between diners.  Guests are required to wear masks until seated at their table and when moving about the restaurant.  

Breakfast

Continental Breakfast is available each morning from 7:30am - 10am and will be delivered to your room.

Stress Free Booking Policy

Current Reservations - any reservation currently booked through December 31st, 2020 (even those described as non-refundable) can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without the loss of your deposit.

New Reservations - any new reservation booked by October 31st for travel through December 31st, 2020 (even those described as non-refundable) can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without the loss of your deposit.
