Early arrivals and late departures:
If you arrive earlier than our check in time we will be more than happy to store your luggage until your room is ready.

If you are departing later than our check out time we cannot always guarantee a late check out so you may wish to book an additional night. If you choose not to reserve an extra night we will be glad to store your luggage until departure and provide an area for you to freshen up.

Airport Transfers:

The best way to get to and from Royal Palms is via taxi or shuttle bus. Once you exit the airport you'll enter the ground transportation area where taxis are readily available. The cost for a taxi is approximately $28 for up to 4 people.

If you would prefer to travel by shuttle bus the cost is $10 to and from the airport.  Please keep in mind that you will be traveling with other people and making at least one other stop before arriving to us! 

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations require a credit card at time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a two night room charge including tax.
